Because we believe it is important to you that we protect the confidentiality of the personal information that you have shared with us:

WE DO NOT DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO ANYONE OUTSIDE THE BANK, UNLESS:

It is necessary to complete a service that you have requested
You have asked us to share that information
We are required to do so by law, regulation or court order
You are notified prior to your information being disclosed

Collection of Client Information

We collect information about you from the following sources:

Information we receive from you (i.e. loan application data)
Information about transactions with us, our affiliates, or others (i.e. checks)
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency (i.e. credit report)
Information obtained from other publicly available sources (i.e. phone book)

Who we share information with

In the above situations it may be necessary for us to share information with:

Companies that we purchase services from
Companies that you purchase services from
Other banks and financial service providers
Regulators and law enforcement agencies

When we enter a contractual agreement with a service provider, we prohibit them from disclosing or using your information for any other purpose. We will NEVER sell your personal information to anyone. In some, very isolated instances, we may need to share information about you with companies that purchase loans or other assets from us.

Protection of Information

All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your information from being accessed by third parties. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard personal information.

Our employees are informed of their responsibility to respect and protect confidential information and are only to obtain your personal information when it is necessary for them to perform their job. Appropriate disciplinary policies are in place to help enforce employee privacy responsibilities.

Bank Reale is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2009, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.

The Standard insurance amount currently is $250,000.00 per depositor. The $250,000.00 limit is permanent for IRAs and other certain retirement accounts. The $250,000.00 limit is temporary for all other deposit accounts through December 31, 2013. On January 1, 2014, the standard insurance amount will return to $100,000.00 per depositor for all account categories except IRAs and other certain retirement accounts, which will remain at $250,000.00 per depositor.
